Placing an order

To place an order, you will need to add any item you wish to purchase to your basket. Once you have finished, proceed to checkout. From here you can review your order and check that it is correct, and accept terms and conditions before proceeding to payment.

If you have a seasonal discount code, this needs to be entered at 'basket' stage.

You do not need to open an account, but can check out as a guest if you prefer.


As well as credit cards, we use PayPal as one of our payment gateways. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use it, as it offers the option of using your debit or credit card without needing a PayPal account.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery times

As all items are handmade to order, please allow up to 30 days for your order to be posted, although it's normally within 48 hours. If any delays are expected in fulfilling your order beyond timescales stated above, we will advise you immediately.

If you need something urgently, just contact us so we can ensure we can meet your expectations.

Please be aware of possible postage delays during busy times such as Christmas.


Postage is free in the UK and is sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for it.

Each item purchased is packaged in its own luxury gift box, no matter how many items you purchase, so perfect for gift giving.

Our jewellery boxes are fully recyclable.

We now ship to Europe, USA and Canada by Royal Mail International Tracked shipping. Delivery to Europe can take up to 5 working days, and up to 10 working days for all other destinations.

Import or customs duties, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.


We want you to be really happy with your purchase, however we recognise that sometimes things just do not suit when you see them.

We accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Goods must have all original tags attached and intact and be in the same saleable condition as received by you.

Please drop us an email if you are returning goods so we can look out for them, with order details of the item. Please return post to us by Recorded Delivery, as goods not received by us will not be refunded. Return postage is at your expense.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

You will be refunded by us by the same means as your original payment was made, normally within five working days of receipt by us, though your payment provider may take longer to process the refund.
